MTX have completed and handed over a modular Outpatients Department with X-Ray Facilities to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth.

The fast-track project, which started at the beginning of August 2017, has been one of MTX's quickest. The design phase was completed by the end of August 2017, onsite groundworks commenced on 11th September 2017 and the building was installed on 10th October 2017.

The modular OPD is housed over 1 storey of 800m2 and built onto the existing hospital car park. Time was of upmost importance to the Trust as the old OPD was being refurbished into an extension to the current A&E Department. The project was officially handed over on 10th November 2017.
